Cakes n' Ice Terms

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking any service or making a purchase from CNI Events, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services Offered

CNI Events provides:

Event planning, coordination, and decoration services
Custom cakes and dessert catering
Event rentals (props, tables, chairs, decor elements)

All services are subject to availability and prior booking.

3. Booking & Payment

Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit (usually 50% of total cost unless stated otherwise).
The balance must be paid at least 48 hours before the event date or delivery.
For cakes, full payment is required before production begins.
Prices may vary based on location, customization, or urgent requests.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event may qualify for a partial refund (excluding deposit).
No refunds are issued for cancellations within 7 days of the event date.
In the event of force majeure (e.g. natural disasters, national emergencies), rescheduling will be offered where possible.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

Providing accurate event details and preferences.
Obtaining venue permissions (if applicable).
Ensuring that event spaces are accessible and safe.
Notifying CNI of any allergies or dietary restrictions for cakes and desserts.

6. Delivery & Setup

Delivery fees apply based on location.
For cakes and decor, setup timing must be agreed upon during booking.
CNI Events is not liable for damage after handover or setup completion.

7. Use of Photos & Media

CNI Events reserves the right to use photos or videos from your event for marketing and portfolio purposes unless otherwise requested in writing prior to the event.

8. Liability

CNI Events is not liable for:

Accidents, injuries, or property damage occurring during or after event setup.
Reactions to ingredients in cakes not disclosed at time of booking.
Delays caused by third-party vendors or unforeseen circumstances.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
